Easy Salsa Party Dip
This dip can even be made a day in advance, which makes it super convenient for parties. When you're ready to serve, pair it with a bag of tortilla chips for dipping. It's creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor—sure to be a hit at your next get-together!
Recipe:
1 (16 oz.) jar of salsa
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) block of light cream cheese
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 bag of tortilla chips
Let the cream cheese soften, then combine the salsa, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Mix together with a spoon until there are no lumps cream cheese. Chill in refrigerator; perfect to make the night before! Serve with chips.
