Cheese Pie

Recipe:
2-8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
Blend ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Pour into a well-greased pie dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes before adding topping. For the topping mixture, combine sour cream, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put on pie for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Let cool.
