Cheese Quiche

Recipe:
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 package cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Mix ingredients together. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg (optional). Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
