Irish Soda Bread

Recipe:
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup of raisins
Cream butter and sugar. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well. Mix in sour cream, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in the flour a cup at a time, mixing well. Add raisins. Shape dough into a mound on a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Bake 45 minutes for 2 smaller loaves.
