My grandmother always made this dessert for holiday gatherings. It is warm, delicious, and pairs well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Pineapple Bread Pudding

Recipe:
1 cup of sugar
1 stick of butter or margarine
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
6 slices of bread, cubed
Cream sugar, butter or margarine...add egg mixture and pineapple...mix in cubed bread.
Grease a 9 x 13 glass baking dish...Add mixture and bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
