Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Recipe:
3 or 4 tablespoon butter melted
1/2 cup brown sugar-packed
can of pineapple slices
cherries (stem removed)
2 or 3 tablespoon pineapple juice
Box of Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and pineapple juice. Prepare cake mix as per box. Lay pineapple slices in baking dish and place a cherry in the center. Pour the cake mix over the pineapple slices. Bake directions on box. Turn over right away when done baking.
