The Strawberry-Pretzel Jello Mold is a layered dessert that combines the sweet and salty flavors of crushed pretzels, creamy cream cheese, and vibrant strawberry Jell-O. The base is a crunchy pretzel crust, topped with a smooth cream cheese mixture, and finished with a layer of strawberry Jell-O studded with fresh strawberries. This refreshing and visually striking dessert is perfect for potlucks and summer gatherings.

Strawberry – Pretzel Jello Mold

Recipe:
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 9oz cool whip
  • 1 large box of strawberry jello
  • 1 small bag of frozen strawberries (drained).


Prepare package of strawberry jello as directed. When jello gets thick enough, add a small bag of frozen and drained strawberries. Mix together crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar.
Coat bottom of a 9×13 pan with pretzel mixture. Bake mixture at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix together sugar, cream cheese, and cool whip. Spread evenly and seal edges and corners with cream cheese mix. Pour refrigerated strawberry jello mixture over top. Refrigerate for a few hours until you serve.
