Tea Cakes

Recipe:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup nuts, finely chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients on low speed for about 1 minute. Gradually add flour at low speed until well combined. Stir in nuts. Roll dough mixture into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased sheet pan, 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Let cool. Repeat.
