Breakfast Casserole
A breakfast casserole is a hearty and delicious dish that's perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping for the week. This recipe combines cubed bread, cooked sausage, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese for a savory base. Let it sit for a bit to absorb the flavors, then bake until it's set and golden brown. The result is a comforting and filling breakfast that can be enjoyed any time of the day!

Recipe:
8 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage cooked
10 eggs
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
Spread cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with cheese and sausage. Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, and salt until smooth. Pour over the bread mixture into the baking dish. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until casserole is puffed and set. Cut into squares. Serves 8 - 10
