Classic Lasagna
This classic lasagna is the ultimate comfort food, with layers of tender pasta, rich meat sauce, and a creamy, cheesy filling. Ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan blend perfectly to create a luscious texture, while the hearty ground beef and traditional spaghetti sauce add bold, savory flavors. Baked to golden perfection, this lasagna is perfect for family dinners, gatherings, or any occasion that calls for a warm, satisfying meal.

Recipe:
3 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 pound of ground beef
1 jar of traditional spaghetti sauce
12 cooked lasagna noodles
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and eggs. In a sauce pan, brown beef, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat and place back in pan. Stir in traditional spaghetti sauce. In two 11x7 inch baking dishes, layer 1 cup of mixture, 2 lasagna noodles, and 1 1/14 cup of cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining lasagna noodles, sauce mixture, and cheeses. Bake at 400 degreee for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 12
