Hungarian Meatballs
Hungarian Meatballs are a hearty and flavorful dish featuring juicy, spiced meatballs simmered in a rich paprika-infused tomato sauce. The meatballs, made with a blend of ground beef and pork, are seasoned with garlic, onions, and traditional Hungarian spices. Served over buttered noodles or alongside creamy mashed potatoes, this dish offers a warm and comforting taste of Hungary that’s perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Recipe:
3lb. ground meat
3 eggs
1 medium onion
4 tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper
1 sleeve of saltines (crushed)
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
Mix and simmer:
1 large onion
1 green pepper
2 cans tomatoe soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Once meatballs are cooked, add to soup mixture.
