Party Chicken
This recipe is a delicious and comforting dish perfect for gatherings, especially potluck dinners. It features tender chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon, layered over chipped dried beef. The combination of cream of mushroom soup and sour cream creates a rich and creamy sauce that covers the chicken. The ladies at our church make this tasty dish for our potluck dinners. You can double the recipe and cut it into smaller pieces. It pairs well with rice or potatoes.

Recipe:
8 1/2 chicken breasts
8 strips of bacon
1/4 lb chipped dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Butter 9 x 13 baking dish
Lay dried beef on the bottom of dish
wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken and lay on top of dried beef
mix sour cream and soup and spread over chicken
Refrigerate overnight
Bake uncovered 2 1/2 -3 hours at 275 degrees.
