Ann's Potato Salad
Once cooked, the mixture is elevated with the addition of vinegar and Miracle Whip, which brings a delightful sweetness and creaminess to the salad. The dressing is finished with a touch of butter for richness. The result is a refreshing, savory dish that’s perfect for barbecues, potlucks, or any gathering where a hearty side dish is needed. Enjoy!

Recipe:
3 egg yolks Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup of sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup water
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Mix dry ingredients first, then add to eggs and water. Cook to pudding consistency.
After cooked add:
3 plus Tablespoons vinegar Miracle Whip, 1:1 ratio Miracle Whip to pudding mixture
1 Tablespoon butter
Pour over:
6 boiled, chopped potatoes 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion, chopped Celery seed
3 eggs, chopped
Toss and serve (best refrigerated overnight).
