Garden Relish Mold
When it’s set, you can either unmold it (if you used a cute mold) or scoop it straight from the dish. This refreshing garden relish makes a fantastic side dish, especially with grilled meats. It’s sure to add a pop of color and flavor to your meal!
Recipe:
1 package (3-oz.) lime flavored Jello
1 cup drained, shredded, pared cucumber
1 cup thinly sliced celery
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
Prepare Jello as directed on the package. Chill until partially set. Fold in the vegetables and salt. Pour into 4 to 6 individual molds or 1 1-quart mold. Chill.
