Payday Salad
With its vibrant colors and varied components, Payday Salad is not only a treat for the taste buds but also visually appealing. It’s a great addition to potlucks, holiday gatherings, or any occasion where you want to impress guests with something a little different!
Recipe:
1 large container cream-style cottage cheese
1 large can evaporated milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 medium chopped apples
1 (3 1/2 oz.)package each lime and lemon Jello
Add 2 cups hot water to Jello. Add mayonnaise, cottage cheese, milk, pineapple, apples and nuts. Mix well, put in deep dish and chill until set.
