Pie Cherry Salad
This cherry pie salad Jello mold is not only visually appealing but also combines a lovely mix of sweet and tart flavors, adding a unique touch to your meal. Once set, you can display the Jello mold on a serving platter. It can be sliced and served as a salad or dessert. Enjoy!

Recipe:
1 package of raspberry Jello (3-oz.)
medium can of pie cherries
1/4 cup of sugar
1 envelope plain gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Drain juice from a medium can of pie cherries into a saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and heat to boiling. Soften 1 envelope of plain gelatin in 2 tablespoons of cold water. Dissolve gelatin and 1 package of raspberry Jello in hot cherry juice. Add cherries, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 cup chopped walnuts, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Pour into mold. Chill and let it set.
