Taco Soup
A simple customizable hearty meal that everyone will enjoy!

Recipe:
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 onions, diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1 can pinto beans with jalapeno, not drained
1 can Bush plain pinto beans, not drained
1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes, not drained
1 (12oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes, not drained
1 can white hominy, drain
1 can whole kernel corn, drain
1 package taco seasoning
1 package Italian dressing
4 to 5 cups water
2 to 3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco
Brown meat, onions, pepper. Drain. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add more water to suit your consistency. Let stand 3 to 4 hours before eating, improves flavor. Serve with cornbread, crackers, tortilla or sour cream chips. Garnish with sour cream, grated cheese, crushed Fritos, chopped ripe olives. **You may use a package of Ranch dressing instead of the Italian.**
