3oz. dry mustard
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
12oz. Heinz or other brand tarragon vinegar
Blend dry mustard and sugar together. Beat the 6 eggs well. Pour eggs into sugar/mustard and blend. Add vinegar. Place into double boiler and cook until thick, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Takes about 10 minutes to make and keeps for weeks in fridge!
This is great to dip pretzels in!

2 – 8oz. cream cheese
1 – 8oz. sour cream
1- 8 oz. jar bacon bits
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. minced onion
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp. horseradish
Mix ingredients. Place in greased baking dish.

8 to 10 apples, peeled and cored, sliced or cut into chunks
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Put all ingredients into crockpot. Cover, put on high 3-4 hours.

1lb bacon, each piece halved, 1 package hotdogs cut into 32 pieces, 1 box of dark brown sugar, toothpicks.
Wrap bacon around hotdog and secure with a toothpick. Put into Crock-Pot. Put brown sugar on top. Cook for 3 hours on high and 3 hours on low. You can adjust to how well-done you like them.

4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 20oz can crushed pineapple (not drained), 5-8 slices of bread (cubed).
Cream together in a 1 1/2 QT Casserole: eggs, sugar, and butter. Add in the crushed pineapple (not drained) and the slices of cubed bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves approximately 6 persons.
