Party Chicken

4 chicken breasts, halved

8 strips of bacon

1/4 lb. chipped dry beef

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

Butter 9×13 baking dish. Lay dry beef in bottom. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each piece of chicken and lay on top of beef. Mix sour cream and soup and spread over chicken. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 2 1/2-3 hours at 275 degrees.

“Aunt Dori’s” Chicken

8oz. catchup

8oz. french dressing

1 can/8oz. whole cranberry sauce

1 package Lipton Onion soup mix

4 chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Hungarian Meatballs

Meat mixture:

3lb. ground meat

3 eggs

1 medium onion

4 tbsp. vinegar

salt and pepper

1 sleeve of saltines (crushed)

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees

Mix and simmer:

1 large onion

1 green pepper

2 cans tomatoe soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can water

Once meatballs are cooked, add to soup mixture.

Ground Beef Casserole

1 1/2 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup onion, 3 8 oz cans tomato sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic salt, 4 cups uncooked medium noodles, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 8oz cream cheese softened, 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/3 cup sliced green onions, and 1/4 cup chopped green pepper.

Layer ingredients in an ungreased pan (8 1/2 x 11), 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat sauce, all-cheese mix, and repeat. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
